We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and proudly offer a Satisfaction Guarantee on eligible items.

Eligible Returns:                                                   

Hair extensions, lashes, and select beauty products may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided that:

•The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
•The item is in original condition and original packaging
•Bundles have not been unwrapped
•Extensions have not been worn, cut, dyed, or chemically processed

Any product that has been altered in any way is FINAL SALE and not eligible for return.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return:                                               

All return requests must be submitted before sending any item back.

Exchanges:                                                                                                                                       Not the style you were looking for? We’re happy to help with an exchange.   

•Approved items may be exchanged for a different style                                        •If the new length or style results in a price difference, the order total will be adjusted accordingly

Exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

 

Non-Returnable Items:                                                             

The following are non-returnable and non-refundable:                                                     •Altered, worn, washed, or used products
•Unwrapped hair bundles or worn extensions
•Color-processed or chemically altered items
•Sale items
•Gift cards
•Shipping fees

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:                                                                                                              If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

 

Include:                                                                                                                           

•Clear photos and/or video of the issue
•Photos of the packaging
•Your order number

Once verified, we will issue a replacement or refund, depending on availability.

Refunds:                                                                                                                                    Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method minus shipping costs, where applicable.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to process after approval.

Bank processing times may vary.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
