Fulfillment & Shipping by Product Type
Hair Care Products (Bontanuque Rise, Elixiroot, Strandr`e, etc.) These products are fulfilled directly by The Breeath`e Collection.

Hair Extensions, Wigs & Accessories These products are fulfilled by our trusted fulfillment partner.

- Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days within the U.S.
Orders containing both product types may ship separately and arrive at different times.
Shipping & Delivery: We currently ship within the United States only.
Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.
Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear.
Delays & Carrier Issues: We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, incorrect addresses, or events beyond our control.
Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages Once an order is transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer, to the extent permitted by law. Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are not eligible for replacement or refund.
